General Membership Meeting
The next General Membership Meeting is on Wednesday, April 30, 7pm.  More information on the agenda will be posted later.

Social
The next social will be held at the Chateau Golf & Country Club, Wednesday, May 14, 7-9pm.  More info coming.


Welcome to the official website for the Chateau Estates Civic Organization. We welcome all homeowners in the Chateau Estates Subdivision to become a member.

Membership benefits include upkeep of neighborhood gardens, social events, the neighborhood directory, meetings with community guest speakers, and information on timely local issues. CECO stays involved in community affairs and keeps you informed. And don't forget the annual Halloween party for the kids.

ARE YOU A MEMBER YET? Be pro-active by joining your neighbors in support of our community. Download the membership form. Membership costs $25 per household and lasts from January to December.  General membership meetings are held four times a year. The Board of Directors meets periodically as required.

Redevelopment at Chateau Village

At the most recent General Membership Meeting, the owner of Chateau Village (CVS, Chateau Coffee Cafe) presented his latest proposal for redeveloping the area with retail space and an extended stay hotel.  The board is currently looking into this proposal further and will eventually make a recommendation regarding this proposed development.

DEEDS & COVENANTS


The Deeds & Covenants are the good neighbor rules for Chateau Estates which are a key to the desirability of our neighborhood. If you notice a violation, kindly inform the violator of our covenants as a courtesy. Deed Restrictions & Covenants vary by lot. All of these for the entire neighborhood is voluminous. If you have specific questions, please call Mike Zsembik at 305-3858.

If you notice a violation of Kenner ordinances, please contact the Kenner Police.
