Future meeting: Wednesday, October 28 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE CECO would like you to consider renewing your membership now in order to benefit from the following changes: Thorough sweep of Chateau Estates streets in search of known problems by Area Directors who send this information to the appropriate person for resolution. Proactive reporting. Block captains and Area Directors are the bridge between the organization and the neighborhoods CECO website at chateauestates.org is updated and provides useful information and critical contacts. Other continuing member-only benefits that you may not be aware of: Covenant and code enforcement assistance Quarterly newsletters Annual membership directory Advertising at great rates for our publications. Admittance to our meetings and social events. We also provide financial assistance to your Garden Club to maintain the neighborhood gardens! All Chateau residents are asked to support the Civic Organization. Pride of ownership is very important to keeping up the value of your home. CECO is a repository of community information. Any questions concerning the community can be answered by one of our "professionals". To continue to be a productive organization, we need participation. Remember CECO membership starts over on January 1st. We are very excited about the changes we are making this year and hope that you will be a part of them.
